Amber’s Wood Fired Kitchen was born after we made the decision to leave hospitality where we had been working for 25 years.

Both Jo and I started working in the catering industry as teenagers and worked our way up to the roles of Head Chef and Second Chef. We both share a passion for good quality, nutritious food and, in 2012, we saw a gap in the market for wood fired food in this area. We soon established our family run business and took Shropshire’s first wood fired pizza van on the road.

We built our catering business from very humble beginnings and have worked incredibly hard over the years to develop a unique and professional service. Our big break came in 2013 when we were invited to be part of the National Eisteddfod of Wales. This incredible week-long Festival, celebrating the Welsh language and culture is still one of our biggest events in our calendar.

Our wonderful pizza van has everything we need to make sure your event runs as smoothly as possible. Our background as chefs ensures that we have established a food service that is fast & efficient, without any compromise on quality.
